Our Mission
The existence of Reflections, Dance and Music Conservatory is to reclaim the performing arts for our Creator God.
We recognize through proper and traditional instruction in dance and music talents can be developed to their highest capacity for His service.
We desire to encourage and foster the development of confidence, poise, and discipline in the art of dance and music.
We acknowledge that through Jesus Christ all talents and abilities in dance and music are given to proclaim His glory and power.
Our Goals
The goal of Reflections, Dance and Music Conservatory is to train students in the different disciplines of dance and music. Including, but not limited to: Classical Ballet, Irish Step Dance, Liturgical dance, Tap, Jazz, and Modern; voice and various musical instruments.
We Seek:
To provide an environment that encourages Christ-like behavior.
To provide an environment that provides a caring and safe learning experience that promotes and nurtures a desire to be a creative lifelong learner.
To provide an environment that is structured to promote excellence in the discipline of dance and music.
To provide an environment of learning where students experience the joy of learning by being challenged to accomplish obtainable goals.
To provide an environment where students ages 3 to adult and their families experience
caring, nurturing and open communication as they learn and grow together.
To provide a low student/teacher ratio in our dance classes in order to maintain personalized attention.
We Understand
That dance and music are performing arts and a natural goal of study is to perform.
Servant hood is an important quality to be taught; so we seek to serve the community at large by offering performing opportunities to our dancers and musicians of all ages and levels.
That not all students enjoy the performance experience and even though we desire to allow opportunities, performing will not be mandatory. But we will work with the student to help
them to enjoy their training in dance or music.
